Membrane selection
High strength wastes can have adverse effects on certain geomembranes. Lemna assists in the proper selection of compatible geomembranes for each application to ensure years of uninterrupted operation.
Cover designs to meet operational demands
Lemna will design a cover system sized to handle the biogas generated, minimizing the potential for cover ballooning and physical stresses on the geomembrane.
Anaerobic digester performance typically decreases in colder climates. Lemna’s gas collection cover systems can be insulated to retain the higher temperature critical to digester performance. Lemna’s design team determines the ideal insulation values by analyzing the heat loss of the system.
Unique requirements
Lemna will design a custom solution for specific customer needs, such as extreme water level fluctuations within a basin or tank, penetrations for mixing equipment or maintenance, or service requirements of the digester itself.
