Industrial Wastewater
LemTec™ modular covers are a proven, effective solution for odor control, algae control and heat retention in industrial wastewater treatment systems. Modular covers can be installed for passive odor control where gas collection is not required. Typical applications include rendering, cheese processing, food processing, glycol ponds, pulp and paper production, beverage processing and others. If complete gas containment is required, the LemTec™ gas collection cover is the solution. In anaerobic applications, cover insulation is designed in varying thicknesses to provide optimal heat retention to improve treatment, often reducing energy costs by eliminating the need for supplemental heating.
Lemna engineers design each cover for the specific requirements of each client, taking into account the many variables in industrial wastewater treatment. Lemna selects the most suitable membrane for the application, design for tank or basin access, provide the necessary insulation and accommodate fluctuating depth. Covers can be installed on full or empty basins. Every system is custom designed to meet each industrial clients' unique needs.
