Algae Control
LemTec™ modular covers block the sunlight needed by algae for growth, prevent wave action on the water surface, and provide a quiescent zone for the settling of pre-existing algae. Lemna design engineers calculate the required detention time and size the cover accordingly. Detention time requirements vary from three to 12 days per zone, based on time in the front-end process and the operating aeration and mixing equipment.
